Vietnam War U.S. Army Named and ID'd Lieutenant Colonel Uniforms

These uniforms belonged to Frank Shelby who served in the U.S. Army for nearly thirty years and did tours in Korea & Vietnam earning the Bronze Star, he was also known to have a weakness for Tootsie Rolls. These uniform would have been issued during his Vietnam service. The first uniform has a lieutenant colonel's rank one one collar and the USAMM (US Vietnam Military Assistance Command) patch on the sleeve. The second jacket does not have the USAMM patch on the shoulder. Both of these jackets and the lieutenant colonel's hat would have been field used in Vietnam. The dimensions are 10" x 7" for the lieutenant colonel's hat, the size for the first jacket is "medium-Short" with a 37 chest according to the label, and the last jacket is sized as a medium inside the collar.
